Okay...a list of food to eat next to a list of foods not to eat would be super helpful if anyone has it...also...anyone know of an intense cleanse/3day-one week super diet?

    Work out your calorie goal. Eat foods adding up to that calorie goal. Easy as that. And stop looking for a magic quick fix, that way lies failure and tears.

    All food is good food, if it's in moderation and fits your calories!
    1000 apples a day is probably not healthy even though it's "clean" eating.

    Eat foods you like, in moderation, as long as you are meeting your nutritional needs and your calorie goals.

    Do not try cleanses or 'super diets'. They don't work.

    I don't believe in cleanses. Eat whatever you like or your health care provider suggest you.
    Change your regular activities and do some workout for health.
