Lemon tarts

Does anyone have a quick EASY low cal recipe for lemon tarts or bars? Not much for cooking but I have a craving!!

    I actually made these like a month ago, I made a little changes (added some extra sugar and vanilla extract). Also my serving size was double hers :-P

    These are only going to be low calorie if you use the erythritol instead of the cane sugar.

    I saw a lemon bar recipie that was so simple, one angel food cake mix and one can lemon pie filling, mix them together and pour into 8x8 pan, bake until set, cool and dust with icing sugar. should be fairly low cal

    I found the recipe for the one using angel food cake mix. I am going to try this out....I wonder if I could sub lemon pudding instead of the vanilla to make it more lemony? (<--- not even a word, but sounded good.:) )

    Yoplait's greek lemon yogurt tastes like lemon meringue pie filling! I could see crushing up some vanilla wafers over the top to be like a crust. yummy!
