I'm kinda weird in that calories be damned I still like a good lean sirloin the best.

My favorite is a bone in rib eye, but I don't have it often. We tend to eat sirloin or London Broil mostly.

Bah! I defy you and answer anyway!

I do believe this is because sirloin is in fact the best. *nods*

I know this has nothing to do with the original topic but i stay away from Steak, only because when i was a kid i thought my parents said "snake" and my parents ran with the joke, telling me "yeah we are having Snake". probably screwed me up psychologically

so nope no snake for me

Sirloin or London Broil is my usual. However, every few weeks I can catch a deal (e.g. <$6/#) for T-Bone, Ribeye, NY Strip, or Porterhouse so I'll load up my freezer like a hoarder.

Porterhouse thick cut. Season it for 24 hours, then brown the outside over a wood fire and eat it bloody

Can't beat a ribeye that's been marinating for 24 hours (never frozen) and cook it medium rare. That's my opinion anyways. There's not many parts on a cow I won't eat though.

NY Strip loin, then Rib eye, though if I could get 8 ounces of the undercut of a T-bone, that may take the cake.
