Superman: 1c frozen unsweetened raspberries - 3/4c of your milk choice ( like using coconut mile unsweetened) - 1/4c pitted cherries - 1 1/2 tbsp of honey or agave - 1 tsp of flax seeds or chia seeds - 2 tsp of fresh lemon juice - 2tsp of ginger
Wonder Woman: 1c Greek yogurt - 1-2 bananas - 1/2c orange juice - 6 frozen strawberries- 1tsp of honey
Batman: 1 1/4c of light soy milk or any of your chosen - 1/2c frozen blue berries - 1/4c blackberries - 1/2 frozen banana- 1tsp of honey
Green Lantern: 1c kale - 1/4c cucumber - 1c mango - 1 tsp chia seeds - 1 tsp honey
