Fitbit One and the sleep function

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I can't seem to post in fitbit firm.
I am finding that the sleep function is clocking up steps, maybe from my movements in my sleep. Any tips?

This happens to me sometimes if I toss and turn alot. As long as its not alot (i have gotten like 20 before) dont worry about it too much, if it is alot you might want to ask fitbit as maybe its a defective one?

Thanks. I got 64 last nigght including walking to the bathroom but I'm sure when I looked at 4am it said over 100. Weird
