Ive never shared my story because of guilt, disgust in myself and just plain embarrassment . Just 3 years ago I was an athletic healthy 150 pounds. I was always fit and curvy . I weight trained in high school and did karate and a strict gym routine in college. Fast forward after getting married I am now 265 pounds the heaviest I've ever been in my life. My weight is really tight so it's not jelly ish and that's due to my muscle density so I don't look exactly like I weigh 267. Well long story short its Belen hard for me to lose the weight but I turn 26 in May and I'm hoping to drop at least 40-50 pounds by the 22nd of May. I'm taking it slow and putting together realistic goals . Nice to meet you all.

We are here to support you. You are welcome to add me as your friend if you want to. :)
  • Sure and thank you

  • Thank you both, I'm starting my gym routine again in the morning. I also suffer from rheumatoid arthritis which has gotten worst due to the weight so I really got to get it off. Thanks for the support and friend add
