I've been on the site for a while, but never really spoken to anyone or introduced myself in any way!

My name's Charley, I'm 21 years old, and work in music software marketing.

I'm here to lose belly fat if I'm honest! I'm happy enough with the appearance of every other part of my body, as I've never had large legs or arms etc, but I get heavily bloated and have a belly! Haha.

Looking to get rid of it by whatever means necessary :)

I'm looking to be around 500kcals per day for a week of every month, and then the reccommended 1000-1200 for the other 3 weeks. I'm also exercising nearly every day.

I'm having surgery soon (for an unrelated reason) and wish to be in the best physical shape I can be to avoid any complications.

Also have type one diabetes!
