If you have 50+ lbs to lose it is. If you have less than 15 lbs to lose you should not be aiming for anything more than 1 lbs/week preferably 0.5/week

Depends how much you weigh, how much you eat, how much you burn. Its possible, but becomes harder the closer you are to your healthy weight.
  • @999tigger‌ I weigh 139lbs burning around 600kcals a day whilst consuming 1000 roughly

Not good at all. at a very minimum you should be eating 1200 cals plus what you burn from exercise so min 1800

On a nutritional level you arent eating enough. If you want a sensible rate of loss to aim for then it should me more in the region of 0.5 - 1lb. You can aim for 2lb, but that imo would be too severe and would be much harder to achieve. It depends on the math , accuracy of your deficit and how your body responds.

I wuld say you eat at least 1200, then if you are still hungry you should eat as much of your exercise calories back up to 50%, then montor the effect on the cales. Its more importnat you find a level you cna live with and sustain. Go for realistic targets and have some patience rather than stressing.
