hi I'm David, 25 from Norwich. Finally putting effort in to get fit, my aim is to grow in size and be able to run upstairs without coughing up a lung, if your looking for a gym/running buddy in Norwich hit me up if your from elsewhere I'm always open to support and suggestions :)
