Women's Asics Gel Nimbus 15 falling apart?

I love the Nimbus. I have had several pair. The problem is the last 3 Nimbus 15's I have purchased wear a hole in the back of the heel. I bought this pair in early January 2015 and I noticed yesterday that I was getting a blister. When I took the shoe off, it had worn a hole in the cushioning in the back. I run about 25 miles a week. Has anyone else had this problem? I am going to have to switch to another brand of shoe because I can't spend $100-150 on a pair of shoes that maybe last 2 full months. I even went down a 1/2 size thinking they were too big but the smaller shoes were too small and I sold them. I wear a 7.5 but I buy 8.5 in these shoes. They don't seem too big. Also, I untie my shoes to take them off. I have emailed Asics but haven't received a response yet. Any ideas?

For running shoes you're supposed to wear a half size up.
I recently tried on the Nimbus 17s and if I was to run in them, I would've needed a 10 whereas I'm typically a 9.5 in running shoes.

You're supposed to untie them to take them on/off.

I'd follow up with Asics - email and FB.
If you bought them at a specialty running shop, I'd bring them back there and see if they can contact Asics for you. My shop has vendors all the time - in fact Newton, Asics, Karhu, Adidas, and New Balance have all popped in recently.
While you're at the shop, I'd try out some other shoes. I haven't heard that happening with Asics, typically Nike.
