Albolene during exercising

Has anyone use Albolene with plastic wrap on their abs during exercising and does it works?

    I don't know what the Albolene is but I've heard of athletes trying to make weight using plastic wrap around midsections and what not, but all that's really good for is helping to lose water weight; you'll gain that back as you hydrate yourself. I'm not even sure how much it actually works to be honest; I've never bothered to try it or research it.
