I've been on Fitness Pal on and off for a few years, but never got involved in the community boards or blogs. Eating plant based makes it hard to get my proper nutrition percentages without eating the same old boring stuff. Im trying to lose the weight ive gained since buying a business, being super busy and living off of mostly carbs and fat for the last year! I'm happy to find so many MFP users that eat like me. Looking forward to reading how you get your nutrition in without animal products
