I've been with " myfitnesspal"for 6 weeks. Posting my daily food keeps me focused on my goal. My goal is to lose the weight gained during the holidays. I am very short and any weight gain shows. 4'8" fills out pretty fast. I have lost 3 pounds and I am satisfied. Will keep going toward my goal of 115.
