Frustrated with sugar and saturated fat

I am attempting to eat less sugar and saturated fat, as these seem to be primary culprits in the fight for good health. My problem is that I'm having trouble keeping both low. I'm nearly at my goal weight (currently 113 lbs at 5'3") and need to go to maintenance within a week or two.
Can someone help me? My diary should be public.
For example, tonight, I only have 5g of saturated fat left. I would like to eat pork chops with boiled potatoes and snap peas. I just feel like I can't eat enough calories and stay within these guidelines for saturated fat and sugar. If I increase meat, my saturated fat will go up, if I increase carbs, my sugar is sure to go up. Ugh. I eat enough nuts already!

what do you feel is wrong with your diet? sure if you nitpick you could eat more vegetables, and you could probably swap out some fruit for more nutrient dense carbs from the vegetables, but this is beyond nitpicking.
If your last week is your normal diet, I'd say anything you could improve on your health may be from exercise end, as it appears to me you're doing pretty well on your diet.
I'd just eat the porkchop if that's what you wanted if it were me.0 -
Eat more white meat chicken and seafood and you can stay within your saturated fats. However, if you've stayed within your caloric range, this shouldn't be an issue.
I ate 6 eggs a day in the beginning and went way over in fats, but as long as I stayed under in calories I lost.
Fat will only cause a problem if there is a genetic predisposition to it, otherwise, your cholesterol should be ok with going a little over the MFP recommended numbers. Same goes with sugars, if you don't have a medical problem, you shouldn't need to worry about this either.0 -
I ate high fat diet for a year and lost 91 lbs, I worked out a lot and stayed under calories and all my blood results went into the healthy range0

Trim the fat from the pork chops and cook them in olive oil to trade some of the saturated fat with unsaturated.0 -
Thanks, everyone, for the feedback. I'm really making an effort. I have some lower back issues that make me skittish with the exercise, but I do need to start branching out. My doctor recommended walking only for now given the daily pain I was having.0
