Seeing no results at all.

It's been 8 weeks and I've been seeing no results. Strength training and HIIT and cardio, I eat healthy 75% of the time.i can eat like a pig and not gain any weight but when I restrict myself and exercise I don't lose weight in my stomach! My BFP (body fat)def went down but how come I don't see it in the mirror? 3am60bx84jwn.jpg

    First of all, you don't need to lose weight. Second, you talk only in general terms about your eating? Do you know how many calories that adds up to? Do you log accurately and completely?

    What the hail does it mean you eat healthy 75% of the time? 47.2% of all statistics are made up on the spot.

    Sorry. I started 8 weeks ago, I used to eat horribly. But now I have about 1300-1600 calories a day. fitness pal tells me to eat 1310 calories a day which I do probably 4 out of 7 times a week and other days I eat about 1500-1600. Maybe more if I cant resist food. I'll eat oatmeal, eggs, whole wheat toast, peanutbutter, healthy fats, a lot of protien and so on. I strength train about 5 times a week and have been upping my cardio too. I used to do cardio twice or once a week now I'm trying to aim for 5 times a week. I don't see results but my body fat percentage has gone down a lot. I'm very skinny so it sucks that I might be losing it in other places but I really cant tell because I've been gaining muscle. Should I strength train my abs more?

    Just answered up top. And also sometimes I cant log because I eat out or my mom makes food. I try to estimate but it's very hard.
  • Have a 500cal deficit everyday and eat healthy all the time... Start counting calories everyday and if you don't lose the weight your not training hard enough.
  • I guess there's something I was doing wrong because after 8 weeks it should be significant amount. I try to get my heartbeat racing as much as I can. I definitely do train hard as I work with a trainer twice a week. I've eaten well too, maybe 1500 is too much. But I get so hungry I don't know what to do! I'm going to miami in a month and I feel so self concious

    I live in Miami and can tell you, you have nothing to be self conscious about. Don't stress yourself out...you look great. I notice that a lot, with people coming here, scared that its going to be like what you see in movies and on tv... Yeah, theres some of that around here, but not enough to make anyone feel self conscious.

    Quite the opposite actually, Ive had people visit and be shocked at how curvaceous the women are here... Down here, we have a majority of Latin American and Caribbean women which lends itself to the body type of a very small waist and larger hips and bum.

    So if thats what you're worried about, dont even... Just enjoy your trip, you look great.

    There wasn't one... The same pics are there since the start of this thread...
    I don't know where she/he is getting that idea from.

    What is considered porn is in the context of a person's environment. The person threatening the porn flag could be living in a convent and we should respect that...as long as the mods don't respect the flag.

    I don't think I'm fat it's just annoying how it's not proportionate to my body. But thank you.

    This is just my opinion, of course But I really can't stand it when people say stuff such as this or "I'm 5'7 and weigh 123 lbs how can I get off my last 15 lbs in a month don't laugh I know I'm ugly"

    People need to be in a healthy mental relationship with their bodies. At my heaviest, and when I get to my thinnest....I love me!

    sigh. I never said I don't love myself. I'm saying I'm frustrated that I haven't lost anything, hence showing my before and after pictures... I don't see how that's fishing for compliments.
