been stuck at 154 for a few weeks now. Work out consistently with a trainer. I'm making strength gains but haven't gained any weight. Have increased calories but doesn't seem to be working. Any idea how to break through?

^^^^ this. It's taken me a few increases to finally notice the weight going up and even now on 2800cals it appears to be quite slow. More food required! :)

In threads like this, I always wonder what advice someone could be expecting to hear other than "eat more food". But then I find threads like this: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10074393/any-pills-can-help-to-gain-weight#latest

Are you sure you've increased calories? Are you counting, weighing and logging? As suggested before try another 250 and lay off the cardio.

If you really want to do a proper job and not spin wheels, find your true maintenance without exercise, find your burn rates, eat accordingly, and add 500 calories per day, with adequate protein carbs and fats. Rest in between workout days.

I've hit a bulking problem too but I know I'm not eating enough. I'm putting on visible and measurable size plus decent strength gains and the BF calipers are going down. I guess it's not too bad but at around 8%BF I need to start adding more cals. I'm normally doing about 300 over but I'll be upping soon to 400 and see.
