Exercise+app but still not working

I have always been very active but when everything stared to catch up to me I got mfp and started tracking calories.
I am a competitive dancer and attend class almost daily and go to the gym and lift weekly but nothing seems to be changing. Is there a special diet or home exercise routine out there that can push me a little further to get more results?

    What are your stats? How long have you been doing this? And can you open up your diary?

    Generally speaking, you lose weight by eating at a calorie deficit, you improve fitness by working out. You can burn some extra cals through exercise, but how much you eat will determine if you lose or not.

    With so little to lose, you should set your goal to half a pound per week, and only eat back around half your exercise calories, because MFP usually overestimates them.

    As malibu927 said, you'll get better answers if you open your diary and provide your stats.
