You look fantastic. Congratulations. I too am 5.4. I am interested in what your goal weight is but if you don't want to say that's fine. I hope that with the help of MFP that you will be able to stay at or near your goal weight and that you will continue to look and feel great

Funny how goal weights change. When I was 265 I would say... oh if I was only 200. Then it became 150. I am still considered Obese by the BMI chart but since the insurance companies made that I am not really going to worry about it. To not be considered Obese I would have to be 145. Which is a possibility but I am just going to keep doing what I am doing and have fun.

Great job - and if it makes you feel any better - your BMI is barely overweight and well below obese. 145 would make you normal weight
