First, keep track. Step on a scale, find out your true weight and begin logging your food consistently. Looking at your diary, you log infrequently and on the days you do log, you are logging less than 1200 calories which is not healthy for anyone. You are also not logging your water intake or worse, not drinking any water. You have to be accountable to yourself in order to make progress. If you get munchies, try eating high protein snacks and some beneficial fats when the munchies hit. A tablespoon of peanut butter with a banana or an ounce of almonds mixed in Greek yogurt will keep you feeling full much longer than high carb snacks like popcorn. As far as the medicine, you should speak to your doctor about your concerns. More than likely, the medicine is not what caused weight gain but improper diet and lack of physical activity. From what I know about Coumadin, diet is very important to the effectiveness of the drug. You should be eating a normal, balanced diet. Perhaps a nutritionist can help you learn more about healthy eating and what a normal, balanced diet looks like.0

The doctor who put you on the Coumadin is much smarter than anyone you will find online. Changing your diet can reverse or inhibit the Coumadin from working. Work closely with your doctor or a registered dietician when changing your diet. Fruits and veggies can carry the biggest risk.0
