Anyone know of a good meal plan

First of all I do believe in logging everything and tracking calories and I am having weight loss success doing this so far. However, on occasions when I would like a break from the whole OCD calorie tracking thing I thought it would be good to have a backup plan.
Does anyone have or know of any good 1200cal meal plans. I heard Michelle Bridges has one but $200, I don't know.
We are also going remote beach camping for 2 weeks over easter and I don't intent to lug my scales with me, and there will be no internet/phone reception. And to top it off I haven't figured out how to keep fresh fruit and vegetables fresh for that long in an esky.
