A bit of motivation...

So, I started exercising the first week in Jan, from a position of being completely unfit having done very little exercise for 4 years. My goal was to lose a stone by Easter, and another stone by the start of July.

I'm happy to say that I'm now 11lbs down and nearly at my first goal. I have loads of energy - am swimming twice a week, doing 2 spin classes a week plus an extra gym session if I can fit it in.

When I did my first spin class I was so exhausted I practically crawled up the steps from the gym. This morning, I did 45 mins hard spinning and came out feeling I hadn't done enough, so I hopped on the treadmill for 25 mins before leaving.

3 months ago I would never have believed myself capable of this, so I just wanted to provide a bit of motivation for anyone just starting out.
