Cross trainer

just bought myself a cross trainer I've been on everyday for 30 mins on level 3 and going to increase after a week! What are they good for which parts of the body?? And will I loose weight doing this and diet

By weight loss, I’m guessing you mean fat loss. What and how much you eat will determine fat loss. Without knowing what this cross trainer is, I can’t tell you what other fitness and health benefits you might get from it.

Ok, well, that will help with cardio vascular health and burn some calories. Some people swear by ellipticals and other cardio. But I always found it spikes my appetite, making it much harder for me to keep a deficit.
