Hello. Hoping your well. It seems the older I get the faster the pounds increase. My goal is to lose 30 pounds and I feel I need to get organized on menu planning, eating times and exercising. This feels a little overwhelming. Thank you for kindness.

That's because in general your BMR decreases with age. So you require less food energy to maintain your weight as you age unless you're actively working against that. The best thing you can do while dieting is maintain your current muscle mass. This will keep you looking good and help keep your TDEE higher.0 -
