Hi I'm looking for people with similar goals who encounter the same problems with me.
I am not overweight, at 9stone 5ft 2, but would like to lose around half a stone to a stone to be more comfortable and to be able to wear clothes that I like.
I am very active and don't lack motivation to exercise and I am also good at eating healthily- most of the time. My problem is that I have days where I eat in excess of 5000 calories and it ruins my entire week! I just need to stop binging!
