is there a way to export my food data from MFP into Fitbit?

If you have the two accounts linked, your meal totals are sent to Fitbit, but not much detail, if I recall right. I don't know a way to import the detail. It's probably not possible since the Fitbit food database is much, much smaller. But the apps are both built around calorie totals so just getting that over there is usually all people need.

According to MFP when I linked them together, you should only enter your food and exercise into MFP to avoid duplication errors. It will coordinate with getting the important info to Fitbit.
