Making weight for competition

As a boxer, being able to make fight weight is critical. It's just as important to not over train to make weight. Being 40 now and fighting in the Masters division it's even tougher to stay in fight shape all year.

I want to open a discussion about methods to stay in competition shape and within a reasonable walk around weight range during periods of inactivity.
