Looking for a chocolate treat, but don't want to "cheat" or eat too much? You have to try these neutral single serve brownies....absolutely AMAZING and quick!
1 T natural almond or peanut butter
1 T egg white
2 packets splenda
1 ts unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 ts vanilla extract.
Mix all together in small pyrex dish/bowl. Microwave for 18-22 seconds, but not longer or they'll be dry.
Super yummy!
119 cal, around 3-4 net carbs, but insignificant, 6 pro., and 8 fat (from nut butter). Made mine with almond butter and 1 packet of Splenda.
Can't taste the nut butter at all, super chocolatey. 2 packets would be better, because 1 made it a tad bitter...tooooo dark chocolatey! Let me know what you think!

just saw this and hubby wanted to try it....came out tasting really good. found 22 seconds was still not enough so added another 15 seconds and came out great. guess it depends on your microwave
