Turnip greens are surprisingly pleasant, just FYI

I'm generally loathe to try what I view as "bitter greens" -- chard, kale, collards, etc. Shudder. But there were good looking turnip greens in the store last week. Turns out these are pleasantly mild and not bitter. They also didn't leave my teeth feeling rough as the others do.

I love 'em! Also good if turnips are still attached. Tastes great and next-to-no calories!
