You Can Do It

I have always been a big fella, luckily I’m tall so it helps when you hover around 300 lbs. I have lost in the past and regained back up. So I thought well I guess I’m just supposed to be fat. I have changed my mindset, "food is just fuel for the body". So I do my best to look at it that way, some food just tastes sooooo good. I don't forbid those foods just vastly limit them. All I really need is the taste and then I'm happy. (do you know how hard it is to take one bite out of a donut and toss the rest, it can be done LOL) This APP is fantastic if you’re still not sure about it. Just jump in and use it. I still eat what I want for the most part. This sort of reminds me of when I was on Nutrisystem, they provide the food, but it is ONE portion, which is what everyone has a problem with. The app allows you to eat ONE portion (on your own) if you, measure, scan and log. Don’t cheat just do it, if you go over so be it, it is better than lying to yourself. LOVE this tool – use it and  Success is yours!

    You're right - it was (former life) hard to toss food. Heck, I'd even eat my kids' leftovers just to not 'waste' food. I'm wiser now :-)

    Good point on 'The Cheat' as I call it. Your body knows!
