Hi, my name is Bob and I need to lose 80#. I am 66 years old and
Weigh 280#. I just recently got a fitbit and really like it. I just started a walking program and I am currently walking 20 minutes a day. I am working on getting it to 1 hour per day. I also plan to add strength training in about 4 weeks.
