approaching 50 suddenly put on 15 lbs in one month with no change in diet! Lucky me!!!! Motivated to get back to normal size. Looking for help and support to keep me motivated, living in new town, new job so haven't made many friends there is no diet club nearby for support. Any tips would be great on 12000 diet. Joined the gym down the road. Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi!
I'm 47 and had the same thing happen last summer. Gained about 15 lbs, with no extra effort . I would love some friends. I've lost weight here before, and it is a great place to find support!!0 -
