do you have a food you know is not ideal?

I've gone back to eating fruit Greek yogurt which makes me feel a little guilty because of all the sugar, but it just tastes good to me (I tried plain yogurt with my own flavoring but didn't like it as much). I figure that since I get little sweets otherwise I'm just being 10% bad. Do you have a food like this?

Homemade cheese sauce... deliciously deadly.0

Brown gravy from a packet...I add it to a ton of mushrooms and onions and put it over lean proteins. I feel like it is just salt, flour and/or some other mysterious thickener! I do count the calories, but feel like it is crap!0

I love to eat Ben and Jerry's -Chocolate Therapy.......shhhhhh please don't tell anybody. Throwing in 3 oreos really makes me want to run to the confessional.

Foods that aren't ideal for me are any that cause my blood sugar to drop.0

Beef sticks. Nothing bad about them specifically, except when they're in the house, I tend to grab them whenever I walk by. End of the day I've had 10 "snacks" and hardly any real food.0

No food should make you feel guilty. It's food. Make it fit into your daily calories... besides it's yogurt... not like your saying it's a quad cheeseburger with all the toppings possible, which with that maybe it'd be more understandable. :noway:
I eat all things in moderation sans guilt.0 -
I use flavoured creamer in my coffee at home. Sometimes I use up to 200 calories of it. Not even a little bit sorry.0

Kraft light peanut butter. I know there are better choices but I love it from time to time.0

Some types of cheeses, that are basically just fat and sugar.

I have SO MANY "not ideal" foods, LOL. But what's ideal, anyway? With different goals, that definition absolutely changes. I might say nuts are not ideal because of how densely caloric they are if I'm watching my calories; cheese might be fully ideal if I'm doing low-carb. And even within one's own goals no matter what those may be, you could be eating free-range instead of the meats you can actually afford (at least that's how it is in my supermarkets)...veggies with more of Vitamin Such-and-Such...and so on.
We could probably pretty much always be eating better, so to speak, in some way...so I just eat what I like within my calorie goals, try to put some nutrients into my day and I figure it's all ideal because it's keeping me on track and no matter what, for me, anyway, weighing less IS ideal from a health standpoint.
By the way, I am definitely the only person on earth who isn't crazy about Nutella.0 -
sweet chili thai sauce.
it's basically all sugar, but it's delicious, so i'll deal.0 -

I have never had Nutella... everyone always raves about how good it is, and I always mean to try it but just never get around to it!
Kiddo actually had it for the first time last week, at Einsteins I think? She texted me just to say how amazingly good it is LOL Soooo, I guess the verdict is in on that one...0
