Hello, fairly new to fitness pal. Working with a nutritional coach who has encouraged me to poke around in here. :smile: I have been overweight for over 25 years, really most my life, but have struggled consistently and tried everything possible. I have been logging in for 27 days, keeping track of food and it's working! I'm not hungry and I'm living my normal life. Of course, there are choices to make, but there is no deprivation!! I've lost 6.2 in 27 days and I'm amazed!! I've waited 12 weeks to lose that on other programs and I've paid a lot of $$ for all kinds of "fad" diets!! The search is over. If I can encourage anyone today, if I can do it , so can you!
