Hey everyone! I am in the midst of my weightloss journey and lifestyle adjustment. I have already made a lot of headway into becoming the fit and active person I always wanted to be. I am 25 and the fittest I have ever been! I started my journey in 2012 at 187 lbs and I have now gotton down to 155! So far so good! I am looking for motivational friends also in their fitness journey to add me so we can keep each other motivated. I love lifting weights and cardio, along with eating as much minimally processed foods as possible. I started my account a while back but now I am more motivated than ever to keep a log of my fitness to shed those last inches that have decided to hang on for dear life. Live long and prosper my motivated and beautiful fitness community and I hope we can motivate each other! The more friends the merrier!:happy: :happy:
