Baked onion rings and chicken

Thick sliced onion, separated into rings. Dredge in all purpose flour, then dip each ring separately in egg white, then shake n bake herb & parmasean seasoning (used leftover seasoning on chicken breast). Bake everything at 400 for 20 mins, flipping onion rings halfway. Mmmmm!!! All for under 600 calories, including 2 tbsp ketchup for dipping
