Nothing to lift

Hi, I'm six foot tall and Skinny, I need to lift weights but my aunt only owns 2 weights for old women which weigh 5kg each iirc and there's no gym around so don't think I'm just whining. What's something equal to heavy weights in a gym that I can lift? Besides superpowered options like car, fridge, etc. and about 40-50 kg
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

Use your own body (lunges, pushups, chin ups). Plastic gallon jugs filled with water or sand to a good weight that isn't too much for you, invest in your set of dumbbells and there are also second-hand good quality machines sold online too.
I have a set of leg weights I bought at a yard sale. They are awesome!0 -
