DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MANY CLAORIES YOUR BURN DOING AQUA ZUMBA FOR AN HOUR ?

    The calories you burn are completely dependent on your size, heart rate and level of exertion, its not a one size fits all thing.

    You can search for "Zumba Fitness" under the cardiovascular exercise in MFP and enter the number of minutes you did. You can also try this site:

    I think that MFP overestimates my calories slightly on this, so I tend to use the second option. Either way, it burns some serious calories! :)
