  • and can afford an organic pantry......then that's awesome. And I'm sincerely happy for you. But I like pizza and chips and and beer among other things. All I'm saying is that if your eating little a rabbit and hate it then don't do it. IT could your last MEAL. We were meant to enjoy eating, so eat what you want and work out harder! And longer! And more frequently! That's what I do and I've lost 6 lbs in under two weeks.

    Sorry, WHAT?

Okay, it's my last meal. It was nutritious.
It was my last day on earth, I put money into my 401k.
It was my last day on earth, I considered my husband's retirement needs.
It was my last day on earth, I considered my family and DID WHAT WAS SMART for a lifestyle that will provide for them, and nourish me.

I must say, my first thought as well was that you were drunk or high.

PS: EVERYTHING I eat is delicious.

And that's awesome and I'm happy for you. I just know several people who are on diets they hate and it amazes me how it can affect other aspects of their life. I know people that are on some diet you can only eat 500 calories a day and they're grumpy as heck.

If you know people who are killing themselves, then you owe it to them to tell them.
Now, beyond absurd, bad, dangerous attempts to lose weight:
Your thread on the world wide web was pretty bold and all encompassing, and preachy, which is perhaps why folks asked about your alcohol (etc.) consumption.
Regardless, best of luck on YOUR journey.
