do any of you have this flap of fat and skin which hangs lower than your scar? i have found with losing weight it has become a lot smaller but i am not sure what % of body fat i will need to be for it to go completely. i have noticed ab exercises has made it more compact towards the front but i want it gone. any tips ideas what are you all doing to combat the mummy apron?

I had two children by C-Section.

I was able to get my body fat down far enough to get rid of the flap. I don't know what my % of body fat was, but I am 5'4" and weight under 130 lbs. I worked out like a fiend, though, so I was very lean despite that weight.

It's body fat unfortunately ...I have a small curve above my scar but it doesn't hang over

Compound lifts in a progressive weight lifting programme and losing body fat

Ah yes, the matrons apron! I am 4 stone down and train 4 times a week. It is the one area that I really dislike. It will be the very last area to go and I don't think the skin will ever be flat, there'll alway be loose skin there for me.

I have accepted that but I continue to train to lower my body fat percentage and build the muscles underneath.

At some point you just have to tuck it in your spanx and get on with it!
