hi there, just started this and wanted to say hello! I am COMMITTED to stay healthy now, hahaha! Would be nice to motivate each other and exchange some ideas about healthy eating etc.... So blessed to live in Thailand, I can drink fresh coconut water everyday, yum! Stay fit!!!
