I've just jumped on the scales and lost another 2lbs after a boozy night 5-6 glasses of red wine and hours of dancing. Is this true weight loss? I can't quite believe it. My scales are brand new and digital. I jumped off and an a few times and the reading was the same each time. I'm in shock but over the moon. I've been 100% good this week so is this just payback?

Water weight fluctuation ...alcohol dehydrates
But yes there's probably some fat loss if you're sticking to the plan..congrats0 -
I was think it was more dehydration than anything else. Although I didn't drink masses. It was my dads birthday party so let my hair down little. I've left a little deficit wiggle room this week in order to do that. I have been 100% on plan so indeed there might be fat loss too.0
