People tell me I need to gain weight. I just ate around 4,000 calores in one go for the sake of it, I know I'm doing it wrong so help me with a healthy meal plan/ I'm very petite & only 5ft 0 my BMR is around 1,000 tbh I'm scared of going over that because I'm not extremely skinny to the point I Look like I'm dying people just over-react. I also cut down the cardio.

no
why not?
you can start eating more and do your current work out; however, if you do not have access to heavier weights, barbells, etc, it is going to be hard to progress beyond a certain point.0 -
Couldn't you do resistance exercises using your own body weight? Continue with cardio, Eat good quality, high protein, lots of greens and good (not refined) carbs. And do as ndj1979 suggested and enter your goal into MFP and let it do the calorie counting for you. Just make sure you log accurately and stick to your plan.0

No access to a gym? No problem. Use your own body weight for resistance training.
