Here to finish what I started!

I've always been overweight, and the last several years I've been obese. At my highest weight I was roughly 300 pounds. In college I began my weight loss journey, and at my lowest I was 195. Since senior year I've been yo-yoing. I bounced up as high as 250, and am now back down to 210. Now I need to find a way to buckle down again and finish what I started.

I graduated college in December of 2013, then in October of 2014 I moved 600 miles away from everyone and everything I knew. Now I live in Savannah, Georgia and I love it here, but the stress of the move is starting to get to me. I'm very lonely here and can't find full-time work. There's a very real chance I'll have to move back home before the year is up. And I am a stress eater, let me tell you.

So I'm here to track and hold myself accountable for what I eat. I've recently been getting outside and moving around more, so I reckon I'll log that in here too.

Also: I have suffered from disordered eating. I was never diagnosed and never sought diagnosis, but I did (do?) cycle between extreme restriction and extreme binging. I also hope that by eating a healthy amount I can help get myself out of this mindset.

A little less relevant info about me: I'm 23 and currently work in retail. I really like my job, but really need something full-time to pay the bills. I have an entirely useless degree in creative writing, but I love it. I spend too much time watching Netflix and playing video games. And so far I've made no friends in Savannah, so I'd love to meet some great people on here.

I could go on, but I'll stop there. Sorry this was so lengthy!

Hey! Sent a request. I'm originally from Savannah, GA but now currently live in Phenix City, AL (yes it is spelled that way :p)
