Hi Jenn, I think I've been on the app for a month now and enjoy it and thinks it's wprking with me logging in my daily activity and eating habits. I don't call it a diet I call it eating healthy and working out. I do have days that I do eat a cookie or something but I try not to let that happen no more than 4times a week. When I do so, I work harder in the gym. So, how have your experience been and goals?0
