mothers day and working out for my supper

Its mothers day in the UK today. I have been treated to dinner by my husband and daughter. Steak pizziola and chocolate mouse. I've done my best to calculate the calories from a list of ingredients. I'm left with 11 calories for the rest of the day!!! Luckily I have circuits later so will at least earn enough for a protein shake for supper!!

What is everyone else having for mothers day?

    Roast beef dinner and Bakewell tart & ice cream. I might be over for the day, but I only track my weekly goal so I'll be under for the week.

    I already had mine at lunch time- roast lamb, veg, roast potatoes followed by a blueberry sponge thing with a little custard. Probably way over my calories, I guesstimated the log- probably WAY under. I went easy on the roast potatoes and only had a small portion of dessert- plus I was under calories yesterday so I wont let it worry me.

    Just got home from circuits. 445 calories burnt in 50 minutes. Plus, I'm still stuffed from lunch so I may actually be under my calorie goal today. Happy days!!
