Absolutely loving this

I started on May 16th with limited hopes. I lose weight much better when I track things so that is all I was looking for in an app. My husband supports me, but he doesn't know how. He works very hard physically so he doesn't have to watch what he eats and doesn't understand why I do. He loses and gains 5 - 10 pounds in a week from working.

My mother is dragging my father kicking and screaming through a low carb diet, a sugar-free diet, whatever the latest fad is - I will give her credit that he is off all diabetes medicine and doing great.

So too little support at home - too much support from mom.

I never thought I would use and especially contribute to any of these forums, but I have and I like it.

I want to thank you all for your support of everyone on the site and I have gathered some fantastic ideas, recipes, tips, and tricks already.

I must admit, I love trolling through other peoples diaries to get menu ideas when I get stuck. Someone out there had Elk for dinner - so jealous.
