Hi, I'm Pooshka2, and I just joined today. This site helped my nephew lose over 100 pounds, so I thought I'd give this a shot as well. I generally eat healthy foods, but I don't lose weight (I think I need to keep my portions in check).

Knowing the meal planning and food tracking are two keys to successful weight loss and maintenance, I tried this out and so far, it's great! I like that I just add my recipes (and number of servings) and it calculates all of the nutritional information for me.

It inspired me so much, I took the dog for a mile walk!

    Welcome- you are right that portion size is key. Get a scales for your food and weigh everything you eat before logging. Good luck.

    Oh, I already have a scale...I dusted it off today! :)
