Chia/flax seed bread?

I don't usually buy bread but it was on sale so I did it! Lol. How clean is chia/flax seed bread? Of course it's not the best thing health wise--but it's not too terrible, right? And better than most breads I hope.

Not sure. It sounds more nutritious that plain white bread. If you are going to eat bread i'd go for something that packs a nutritional punch.0
