I don't know if my other post posted so I'll try again. I think this may be working for me. My goal is a pound a week. In four weeks I've lost 3. Like did not make my goal but I'm still looking at this as a positive. I think if I keep going I can make it this time: failed ten thousand times before. I hide behind my fat. Such a horrible way to live.

You can do this! We can all do it, we just have to eat under our recommended daily calories (and accurately weigh, measure and track our food). Your life will be improved greatly if you gain some confidence and put yourself out there!0
