Maintaining after 30 Day Shred

I am approaching the end of the 30 Day Shred... I just completed Day 4 of Level 3 this morning. With the exception of a few days off for travel, I've been doing this workout every single day! The results are amazing! I thought I was in good shape before, but it's clear I had plenty of room for improvement.
What I want to know is, what are people doing to maintain the great results? I'm thinking of a plan where I continue doing my own cardio via running and biking, and maybe do one day a week of each level (just to get some good variety) of 30DS. Anyone have other ideas, or tried something different that has worked for them after completing the initial 30 days?
